FYI because they don't post this online... if you show up between an hour or less before closing for lunch or closing for the day you will be turned away. they don't take appointments but will turn you away because they can't be on the clock from noon-1 or after closing hours. so if you want to be seen make sure you arrive an hour or more prior to lunch closing to end of business. OHHHH AND THEY CAN STILL TURN YOU AWAY IF THERE ARE TOO MANY PEOPLE IN THE WAITING ROOM. also, you can't fill out paperwork prior to arriving. you must fill it out there and wait an hour or longer to be seen.
