Almost impossible to get a live person on the phone or receive a call back when msg is left for a department

Always a good experience with everyone at the town hall. They are all very friendly and helpful to me with my dogs and my Kennel. Thanks for being such a dog friendly town.

So they are closed Fri-Sun. Other days open 9:30 til 2:30, with Wednesday additional open from 6-8. If you work, making it before 2:30 is almost impossible. So I knew I had a Thursday off, got there at 9:45 and yet the department I needed was closed.

The employees at the town hall were very friendly and easy to talk with. They were willing to take the time to answer several of my questions.

I have to go to town hall maybe once a year to drop something off or see a dept about something. It turns into three or four visits because, despite their already limited working hours, the employees just randomly aren’t in, and an entire dept can be closed during business hours, with just a sign in the window saying “closed on xx day, apologies for any inconvenience” or “only open 9-11 on xx day”. Ridiculous that for the amount of taxes this town takes in and the limited services provided that they can’t even have their employees work a full day
