Filed a report for a stolen phone, I had pictures, gps location, phone records, everything to prove the phone is mine and where it was, dispatcher wouldnt let me talk to an officer and just said I had to wait till it got investigated, I went to the persons house, to resolve it myself, and they simply turned it off, now we cant locate it and the thieves got away with it. And police wonder why we hate them. Useless
