You’ll be lucky to get them on the phone. After a couple days they finally picked up and scheduled us a 1pm appointment we had to drive an hour in for, just to walk to the door and find it locked with a stack of mail. Not a courtesy call, text, or a note to parents walking in for their scheduled appointments. I checked and made sure I had the right address. Don’t schedule people for a time that you aren’t even going to be here for. Edit: I noticed after getting back home that it’s Juneteenth today. A federal holiday. I just wish they would have thought to not schedule on a day or time that didn’t work with them, regardless. I get being closed for Juneteenth, but to knowingly schedule multiple families for this day when y’all are gonna be closed is ridiculous. The whole parking lot was filled up with small families waiting in their cars with kids, checking the doors, then having to drive off.
