Worst experience I have ever had going to a health business for my TB test. Rude to me when I walked in the door to when I left. Your better off going out of county for anything than putting up with them.

They really need to get whole new staff, they are all SO rude and for no reason. I understand if this place was super busy and if they were short staffed but every time I have ever had to deal with the Danville health department there has been barely any patients/customers there if any. And the employees have been so rude.

Or do you have enough formula to last till Monday always rude I hate even walking in that place!! I wish I could go to a different county like Mercer they have always been so nice there.. If I was rude or hateful I could understand but I wasnt n there was no need for them to be either!! I will be calling on them if you dont like your job then find something else to do where u dont have to talk or see the public.. And yes I do work sometimes u just need extra help!!

I called roughly a week ago and spoke to a gentleman about a certain issue I'm having, I was told to bring some items identity etc, when asked about proof of income I told him that I don't have any and that I'm also needing assistance with getting put on insurance. he was more than helpful and told me that that is definitely something they will help with. This morning however I received a call from a very rude old woman, she asked me personal questions she had no business knowing about and told me that I have to provide a proof of income even though I don't have any. She was very rude and very demanding and because of this I will never step foot in that health department. From what I'm saying in the reviews this is not an uncommon occurrence, I believe that the majority of the staff there aside from the gentleman who I spoke to the first time need to not work there.
