If you going for a birth or death cert dont get there when they open, even thou they OPEN AT 8, arent busy and nobodys ahead of you they dont "start printing" until 9 so you will waste an hour sitting.

Called them a week and a half ago for an appointment with child phycologist, she was referred to him by her regular doctor. The receptionist said she would mail out a packet for me to fill out and have ready for appointment. Never got the packet, went to appointment, did not get to see him because I did not have my custody papers on me. I don't know about anyone else but I don't carry them around with me. She never said I needed them when I called to make appointment, I told her that I could go and get them I live 5 minutes away, she said no they were closing. They are rude and inconsiderate people,. My advice to you is when you are making appointment and I called and say , this is,.........I need to make an appointment for my grand daughter, is that you listen to what is being said and act like you know what is going on.

The desk assistants in the pediatric department never answer the phone and when they do they put you on hold making it almost impossible to contact this place for your child's appointment , scheduling etc, very unprofessional incompetent with no reminder call from them the day of the appointment

I am an impatient person at times, however I quickly became a huge fan of this specific location, my first visit here. I don't recall names, but all were perfect to me. dr. sharma is one of the worst so called doctors that I've ever had she stands from afar in the exam room never making physical contact to touch the patient for whatever area of symptoms you have, she even doesn't make contact to check heart rate or pulse she doesn't appear to be very knowledgeable in the medical field and you'll be almost dead if you're waiting on her to give you a referral to a specialist who does know how to diagnose, treat and address your medical emergency illnesses my advice to you is if you care about your health steer clear of this provider
