Wanted to get my diabetes meds refilled. They said they couldn't see me for 2 weeks. No meds for the time. Get to the appointment and they canceled it. Oh well no big deal to them. Wanna come back in 2 weeks? No I'm all set I'll just let my sugars get out of control, thank you very much.

Looked for any reason possible to cancel my grandson’s appt. Didn’t like the fact we were self pay. Wouldn’t accept father’s emailed permission to see his child when their fax machine was broken. Scowled at me and was very unfriendly altogether. Unprofessional!

Dr Stephanie is a joke. She will let her patients die before she cares. When you call to get ahold of her it takes her so long to call you back. Then when she does she don't talk about what you wanted to call about. Getting her to refill a rx is like pulling teeth with this woman. It takes 2 weeks to get a referral and theres no reason it should even take that long, 2 days at the most... Find a different dr because she just is not the way to go. She can't figure out any problem with a patient.... wish I could give her 0 stars

Had to pop in for a copy of my birth certificate and I was in and out in no time. Staff were friendly, courteous and happy to help me. Just had to fill out a quick form and pay a few bucks and I had what I needed quicker than stopping at a gas station for a fill up!
