This place has lazy staff, they turn you away at 10:45 even though it clearly says to walk in up to 11:00 for immunizations. I had to drive back home and return at 1:00. After returning at 12:55 I was waiting until 4:15 PM. Keep in mind you cannot make an appointment for immunizations yet people with appointments for other things end up going in front of you. Worst experience I've ever had at a clinic. I hope my regular pediatrician never runs out of vaccines again!

I have an auto immune disease and In order for me to get the immunization they said to get a doctor order saying I was off a certain medication that is it nothing else, I come back in today and they completely back tracked and said they only needed to give me one when I needed 5 to begin with then told me my note from my doctor wasn’t specific enough when I had everything written that she had asked for. Then told my doctor to call and do a run down of what I can and cannot have and she left my doctor on hold for 20 minutes then hung up on her and said have a nice day. And when she called me back she told me that it’s complicated and that she doesn’t want to give me them because she thinks she can’t do it. I AM LIVID And appalled at how bad the lady’s customer service was she had the biggest attitude with me all day and she just basically made up every excuse to not give me a VACCINATION something so simple.

If I could give it no stars I would. You have people in there that you can’t understand. People that don’t tell you what they are about to do to you, nothing. I had appointment at 8am no one open the doors until 8:24, then turned around and told me I’m late. Waiting in a exam room for almost 2 hours just for someone to come in for 4 minutes and give me brith control? Never again coming back to this!! This is so sad how you guys run this clinic I would be embarrassed.

All the staff was great but I would like to say Dr. Butler was extraordinary. She was extremely helpful and answered all my son’s questions. She was the first doctor to be able to calm his fears just by speaking to him.

I loved it, all the staff was so friendly, they helped me with the paperwork when I didn’t understand the questions or information that was needed.I didn’t get the name of the Nurse, but she was really sweet, and the lady at the front desk was also really sweet and she helped me a lot! Dr.Cooley was ABSOLUTELY amazing, 100/10 recommend! She was gentle, and she doesn’t judge you, and you feel completely comfortable being around her. The whole staff is honestly amazing, I didn’t get the dudes name, but he did my blood work, and he was awesome too, he was talking and joking around with me, and he didn’t hurt me at all. I would definitely recommend this place!
