Gloria was amazing! Very helpful with information about septic systems on older homes and city/sewer connections

I do follow up in that clinic for almost 3 years and there is not a single time that I’m not waiting for minimum 1 hour to begin seen. They need understand that people have other things to do with their lives not only sitting and waiting to be called. I was the FIRST patient at 8 am and I’m leaving at 9am without being seen. It’s not the first time and I’m pretty sure it won’t be the last.

First of all, a cordial greeting. I am writing to you in order to find a solution to the problem of the continuous blockage of the sewage system in Building 26 at 3500 University Blvd, North Jacksonville, FL 32277. This solution involves performing preventative maintenance every 30 days on the building's or city's sewers and educating tenants not to dump non-degradable materials into them. I live in apartment 2601, located on the first floor, and this sewage flooding has occurred on all of the following occasions: June 1, 2025 April 21, 2025 January 18, 2025 August 24, 2024 April 1, 2024 March 27, 2024 October 4, 2023 June 10, 2023 May 5, 2023 February 10 2023 I have reported each of these to management with photos and videos, and they have always resolved the problem briefly. Therefore, on all these dates, I have had to stop working to drain large quantities of sewage with buckets. I assure you it is not pleasant at all because you can see feces floating, and when cleaning, it is inevitable to get splashed with that water. On occasions, I have had to vomit. I also have to throw away the bathroom mats or whatever is on the floor at that time, disinfecting the entire apartment with abundant chlorine and disinfectants. It should be noted that the most serious aspect of this is not the material damage, but rather the fact that it can cause HEALTH problems or an epidemic. I really still do not know who will be responsible for all these inconveniences, whether it is JEA or Tree House Apartments, but there must be someone responsible who has not provided a definitive solution to the problem. On all previous occasions, I haven't been inclined to take this situation to another level, but at this moment, I feel aggrieved at losing earnings because I have to miss work draining buckets all afternoon or evening, risking infection, and the psychological distress it causes me. I would therefore be very grateful if you would send an immediate inspection to address the problem and, in some way, enforce justice for the damages caused. Sincerely Luis Pita

I have visited this location fives times in the last three days. The first time was because they had “staff meetings” the entire day and couldn’t take my appointment. They told me and three other people we can come in any time to get our test read. I walk in and was told I would have to wait an hour since they’re on lunch. I try my best to be as respectful and empathetic to anyone that serves me in any way but at some point that same respect needs to be given to patients just the same. I understand people need to take breaks, eat etc but you should have those times and meeting posted so that patients know when to come and not to come. It’s extremely unprofessional and frustrating when people schedule appointments or they’re told one thing and when they arrive they cannot do what they came for. Please post any schedule meetings and breaks/lunch hours so the public knows.
