I just spoke on the phone with a woman in the OELP department, and she was overwhelmingly helpful. I was anxious about some licensure questions, and she was so patient with me. I wish I remembered her name! Thank you for your kindness!

Ginoseast Nashville Tennessee on 3rd Avenue has roaches crawling from the kitchen to the front of the building. When I walked in the restroom it was one of the horrific smells coming from out there. Workers did not have a mask on their faces and was preparing food without gloves. Fruit flies were in the salad mix! Disgusting! That places need to be shutdown

Virtue Nails in Brentwood threatened me and a man got in my face for no reason. She was scrubbing my foot with a toe brush. When she got done I said I had enough and she screamed out oh! You don’t want to pay then the man that was fixing a chair jumped in my face and I could feel his breath. Saying you pay and I never said I wasn’t. I pay for even bad service. Do not let them fool you. They speak English . This was RACISM and threatening.
