The Immunization Department was fast and friendly in helping us get our Certificate of Immunization so our children could start school. As the paperwork was processing, multiple passing employees asked me if I had been helped. Great experience.

They do not care about there vendors, all they care about is obtaining money from you. whenever there is an issue or a problem you need fixed through them, Mr. Victor, which is the head person over the department does not care to hear anything you have to say he will tell you you’re a liar, talk down to you as if your a child. then he will try to be smart with you and try to evaluate ways to shut you down. very unprofessional, And very rude.

Hello, Single, white male, no kids and denied insurance and an appeal by .gov. and I just embarrassed myself in front of everyone at the Metro dept of health by inquiring about benefits available to me. The information personnel all but laughed at me. None. No benefits. I should’ve known. My only option is to work more, work harder, get a second job, meanwhile a coworker just had her hours REDUCED so that she can maintain her benefits. Where am I? Doesn’t matter, America. I’ll work, in insured, mental illness untreated, no meds, no therapy. Guess it’s back to considering suicide as my only way out of this all American economic nightmare.

Very pleased with my experience! I needed to get my kids birth certificates and the front desk security was kind an helped me with directions on where to go. And the lady who took care of me in the birth certificate and records office was also very kind and helped me get the paperwork filled out and I was in and out I maybe a few minutes!!🤎

The Skeet Skeet food carts downtown won't show me their health inspection scores. Why is that? They seem to not have been inspected, but you could correct me if I am wrong. I asked multiple carts for their health score and they told me they were calling the police.
