As a paying customer to the water lab- the bureaucracy is insane. Third trip into this building for them to demand some little nit pick of paperwork. I’ll find a different water lab. BTW- I get it… the water is SOO bad there’s a reason they don’t want to run the sample. Didn’t want to go there, was just looking to solve a problem. Now a new one is being created by employees that are … less than customer-centric.
