There is an older elderly woman with blonde color hair short and glasses, I believe she is a supervisor. A very unprofessional and bitter woman. I was being helped by a new young woman who was trying to get me that address for County Court 3. She asked the supervisor the elderly woman and she told the woman to instruct me to go to the website and look for it. I asked if it wouldn't be a problem and tell me. She told me again, it's on the website. The elderly supervisor woman blurted out the same thing. I blurted back that I assume she is working her to provide information for the citizens of the county and that it is very rude to not want to do her job correctly. I mean why do we need someone at the main clerks off to tell me to look for another branch of their county? Unpleasant woman and a reflection of who the elected county Clerks Office Staff treat the people that voted her in office! 😔😑

This is the 2nd time being called into Jury Duty... unfortunately the Indian clerk (2nd counter) was very rude on Tuesday, January13th. He refused to say Good Morning AFTER I said it to him 1st, looked at my driver's license, then said nothing as to where I should go after handing me back my driver's license. I'm a senior citizen and don't deserve to be treated in such a rude way.

I’ve visited the County Clerk’s office multiple times. While staff are polite and try to help, the experience can be inconsistent. There appears to be high turnover, which can lead to longer wait times, less efficient service, and higher costs for taxpayers. At times, staff seem stretched thin, and processes don’t always run smoothly. With more consistency and support, the office could provide a much better experience for the public.

When going into a public office you should receive warm friendly service. There should never be any hostility because after all you are providing a service to the public. The young lady assisting me today was very cold! In addition to that, she was speaking negatively about me to her co worker next to her. I did nothing to warrant that and urge you to review your cameras to prove that. Her behavior creates a very negative effect on your office and this county as a whole. I came in with a positive attitude and was met with the opposite. I never want to get anyone in trouble but the fact that it moved me to send an email just lets you know how bad it truly was. At the very least she needs to be retrained and counseled on how to treat people.
