Got Food Poisoning. Went to HCPH website to complete form as instructed, filled it out completely, pressed submit, and then told I had to "Sign in." No instructions on how to register or sign in, just a waste of time. I call to make a phone report, wait on hold for 26 minutes. Disgrace to public service.

A manger at this location named Fernando that I spoke to chose to leave the conversation in the middle of talking because he became "frustrated with me". Just for asking them why wouldn't he report what I saying or write any of my complaint down. He then chose transfer the call back to the same lady who first answered the call. They told me that even if they didn't send me a location confirmation, why would I attempt to come to the appointment. I told them I tried to look up the location on goggle because I didn't want to be a no show. The lady then tells me "well that was dumb" and made no effort to getting me seen. Once I questioned a certain method they had, they immediately made it into a personal thing like I was attacking them and told me that they didn't have to endure the phone call any longer no matter what kind of help I needed. Really really really bad experience with this place and wouldn't recommend them to anyone

What in the name of Jesus H. Christ is going on over there? I am at risk of getting denied a passport because my birth certificate was not issued until years after my birth. Good Lord, what incompetence!

Just got off the phone with them asking about a bite case as the pet owner. Operator was very rude to me. I’m not someone who usually reviews things and I try to be a very understanding and compassionate person so I don’t even review if they are somewhat rude, but this was terrible. I did not get this woman’s name as she abruptly hung up on me. I was asking for an update to see if the bite was valid because they said they would update us but never did. They came to our house looking for a “black and white wiener dog” that bit someone around a certain time. There is no way it could have been our dog because no one was home at that time and our dog was inside! Someone did come by our house around that time, rang our doorbell but we couldn’t answer the Ring because it wouldn’t connect from where we were at. We saw them look inside and say “yes, this is the house” as our dogs were barking inside. Our dog is a brown and white (red merle) mini Aussie. When I called today I asked for that update and they said our dog, that they took a picture of and sent to the person making the claim, was confirmed as the dog that bit this person and there was no note in the report about a claim of a different at the beginning! The officer also met our dog and couldn’t believe it was him because he was even loving on the animal control officer! I proceeded to ask questions about some other things I was unsure of because I’ve never been through this and she was most definitely annoyed with me. I asked maybe 4 questions! I was going to ask one last question because the clinic he is quarantined at won’t have a doctor available on his last day when she was about to say something. So I stopped and said “go ahead and she responded with “no, YOU go ahead.” So I said, “No, it’s okay. You go first, you might answer my question with whatever you were going to say.” And she said, “No, I wasn’t going to say anything ma’am. YOU go ahead.” She emphasized the “you” each time. I understand one might be tired of the same questions or might have had a call with someone who wasn’t kind, but this is still a professional setting and my super sweet dog is having to be left alone in quarantine when he didn’t do anything, where the people at the clinic love him and his temperament and he is refusing to eat with how sad and stressed he is with having to be left alone there without all the cuddles he loves. I proceeded to tell her I hoped she had a wonderful day and that if it wasn’t that I hoped it improved when she abruptly hung up on me. I am just really disappointed in this system and that their employees respond like this. Maybe train your employees better? Have performance reviews? This call wasn’t helpful and my questions were not really answered and it seems like everything went the way of whoever is making this claim. Praying and hoping everything turns out well for my sweet dog.
