This place is disgusting and a scam, they would not give me my nexaplan card after insertion with my removal date, and now I'm being refused a removal. Ps I got it put in 3 years ago. It's well over due. I'm also 15 I got it put in when I was 12. this place is very unprofessional and just wants ur money. I don't recommend this place for anyone wanting birth control

Yes, I called just to get a simple copy of my birth certificate as I am going to Air Force basic training tomorrow. Called several times just to get a voice-mail, now I understand that people are busy but upon someone finally answering it was rude. "Hello I'm--- " she interrupts me. "Yes. Ma'am I called several times and---" she interrupts me again. "Ma'am I'm trying to talk is---" She snaps back, "you keep interrupting me." I was cordial, considerate and I was raised with manners, these people are uncaring, RUDE, and are doing a DISSERVICE to our communities and the public. I went to a different health department where my civil rights are obviously respected.

Let me first start by saying I am an African American. The fact that the mind frame of us is so lazy I’m speechless. I came to get a copy of my birth certificate, and mind you I called several times to find out how long it would take or if anyone was even in the office for me to get it. The two black women that’s here was in no hurry. I’ve never in my life seen people move so slow. They talk and socialized and was in no hurry to get any one finish. I’m speechless and very disappointed.

Recently applied for Medicaid since I found out I was pregnant. I am high risk in miscarriages and think I had one. I feel that something is wrong but I had turned in my application 2-3 weeks not once have I received a call and when I call they always hang up on me. It’s sad that they are supposed to help people but their attitude is awful! I’m so scared and worried that something could be wrong.

Super inconvenient having to make an appointment just to discuss results/diagnosis. We can see on patient portal, why not just prescribe meds and be done.
