I think the low reviews are from Karen's. Got there at 430 today. In and out in under 5 minutes with my dba. Fast and friendly. The lady that helped me even listened to my bad jokes and smiled. Not being forced to wear a mask was also a plus.

Went here to get a birth certificate. The outside certainly looks better than the inside of this dilapidated building. They served my purpose but if I had the time I'd rather use the mail to service my needs from here. The person I dealt with was very nice and the cost was $20. They have forms for what you would need on a table outside the door so you can fill it out before you go to the desk. No wait at 2:30 ish on a Monday. In-N-Out in 15 minutes including filling out the form.

Rude. Distasteful. Snobbish women. They are supposed to be there to help people. Not speak down to and treat everyone like they are below them. Overheard another worker on the phone with someone being extremely rude to her and making fun of her with another coworker. I hope they all get fired.

Great customer service and more helpful than expected. They really go beyond the "only what you need" service. Thank you to all who serve and serve well.
