This is ridiculous! Requesting info about getting a birth certificate and how much it costs should not be this difficult. I can't even call them without an extended automated phone message. My time is just as valuable as theirs, and it would take 5 seconds to tell me over the phone what is now taking 30+ minutes to try and find out. Trying to get through to a person is impossible.
