My wife needed to obtain a COVID test. The scheduling was quick and easy. The testing process was very smoothly operated. Kudos to the coordinator and testers! Today, we received our vaccine. Again, the scheduling was quick and easy, with several appointment availability to choose from. We arrived at the vaccine site. Very well laid out. More than enough folks at the entrance to the testing site and entrance to vaccine lanes. The vaccine administration station was well organized, staff courteous, process very slick. We were both vaccinated at the same time and the shot record had the recommended date for the 2nd vaccine. There was a post-vaccine line with staff to provide additional information. Kudos to the planner, staff and volunteers. My reference for the eval: I am a retired state PH emergency preparedness director and opioid program director.

Everyone we have come in contact with here has been kind and courteous. I never feel like I'm being judged and I always get the help I need and questions I have answered. BH is amazing. The secretaries are awesome and the team of MH professionals seem to genuinely care about their clients. I've been there, the WIC office, reproductive health, and the health Dept where they deal with medical assistance etc. And every doctor, secretary, etc. that I've seen has been amazing. We are so lucky to have such a great team of people here serving our county.

Absolutely ridiculous every time I call there I'm always on an excessive hold. My next part of the issue is every time we go see our son's counselor we are always on a video chat and not with a live person which is very impersonal. While I can understand the reason for video chat I work nights so my days are wide open oh, there should be absolutely no reason that someone cannot be there face-to-face with us.

I was a patient of Dr Saleh for numerous years, and actually referred him to many. I never had an issue, but I also was prescribed to both Xanax and Adderall and while I had legal stipulations requiring my counts and abstinence from all other controlled substances, Dr Saleh never checked on either one once, so any failure to comply would be very difficult. I was incarcerated for charges that were just dropped based on the case having no merit, but I contacted Dr Saleh to inform him of my situation and my fear the my ex was contacting him under my name to fill scripts during g my incarnation. Well, after my charges were dropped I contacted his office and was I formed that I was no longer welcome as a client, by the receptionist who was actually very hospitable and curious. When I requested to be informed as to why I was left in the dark, but I was I formed that I could seek treatment at the health department. I called back and informed them I would no longer even consider receiving treatment from either and am requesting all my medical billing information because I believe the felony prescription fraud was not an isolated event being I was incarcerated more than once in the duration of the time I was his patient. I would prefer to get the documentation through him but am certain between dealing with any reputable lawyer and my state provided insurance i should have no problem proving all these allegations which all could have been dealt with discreteky haf the office simply treated me as a patient rather than the mess they made and felt they could sweep under the rug. I posted on his site for hospitable private practice and this is my first here, but i will make sure they are far from the last, I will not be avictim. .

I had a pleasant experience. The Male doctor made me feel extremely comfortable during my female exam. He asked me questions about my medical history. He was very attentive, made sure I understood everything. Told me to ask questions about anything. He was very relatable considering I was in stirrups 🤣 The Nurse was a older women, she was great! She was laid back, made me feel like I was hanging with one of my aunts. Felt extremely comfortable my first time. All in all I had a great first experience. Would highly recommend.
