Zero Stars If I could! I called for 2 weeks straight, left several messages! no answer, no call back! Left Messages with other departments that promised to hand deliver the message still no call back! Day of the visit, lady at the window in the clinic, just RUDE!! Should not work with the public

My husband and I just received our covid booster shot. We have used the Hollywood fire Department site for all three shots. The group of professionals running that facility should be commended. They are efficient and always so nice. We have had outstanding service there. I believe St Mary's county is fortunate to have such a wonderful group especially at a time like now. Thank you all.

Moesha was friendly and helpful. Megan was a great nurse who explained everything and made me feel safe. Pravina with the gorgeous magneta scrubs did all the labs with grace, speed, and kindness. I had a highly good experience for my personal medical needs. I did check In online but go in person is best like every place with limited resources! Also, I needed health insurance renewal and Stephanie called me before I got home. Thanks for answering everything.

I called few minutes ago and tried speaking to different people there who works there and while I did reach someone on the first time I got answering machine then I called back and was transferred to a nice lady e worker there named Shannon who very politely helped me as I honestly thanked her . Then I called back a third time to reach the Medicaid department but I couldn't because the person voicemail box is full then the phone hangs up after saying goodbye ! I said to myself while the people there gave me good service how Iam supposed to check on my situation of whether I have Medicare or Medicaid so.ill know . The only way I know is to come in tomorrow morning because I've always learned since my childhood that going to building in person to speak to someone is more reachable than a phone it's almost like trying to reach social services at the Carter Building in lenardtown Maryland except there they don't answer nobody and almost everyone knows that especially whenever you try to reach a case worker! It was not really much I could do as I didn't want to keep calling back and aggravating anyone if calling too much for trying to receive a answer. So either way Shannon thankyou for your advice but I did call back and the lady's voicemail box was w full so I'll just come in tomorrow sometime Tuesday. I don't know what time you close
