This sad excuse for a professional organization cannot be more of a joke. Pennsylvania deserves better. Please God Help Us

This assistance office has no desire to help their clients. It is impossible to get anyone to answer their phone, they are patronizing like you are beneath them and have always been that way. This is an office that is supposed to provide services to their clients. NOT ignore them!

If I could give zero stars I would. This center was unprepared for any type of serious health related issue regarding a physician providing the wrong medication to a patient solely based on what the patient who was high on drugs told them. The PA department of health is completely incompetent. Don't bother calling them because they are useless.

I was very skeptical and cautious when going in because of the low reviews but the staff was so kind and understanding. They knew I was anxious about getting a test done and talked me through all of the process and made me feel so welcome. I would recommend this place to all of my friends. Very well trained staff.
