I called to have a marriage certificate sent to California so I could obtain my Real ID. Since I had questions I called the number and Bree(or Brea) answered all my questions and also went to the records and found my marriage information. I thought I would have to send in some information from my end so they could mail my certificate. As it turned out she told me she pulled all the information and would put the certificate in the mail. This was on 5/17/2023. I received the cert on 5/23/2023 and today 5/24/2023 went to our DMV and am now awaiting the new improved Real ID license. Bree was polite and efficient. It was a pleasure to talk with her if only for about 6 minutes. Also Cindy Perrone who signed my cert must have done it rapidly since I received it within 6 days of mailing. Your team was a pleasure to deal and talk with. Thanks again for all your help and efficiency.

I've worked with the Register of Wills for decades as an attorney, and have a most positive impression of the office procedures, and the Register's willingness to speak with me, and the Staff's competence and courtesy in handling our work there.
