Well, for one I was very surprised at how friendly and helpful they staff here is. Compared to other towns, this is by far the most friendliest county building I have ever been to. The doctor on call there was also very nice. I was impressed with this county building and they accept some insurances, such as Aetna.

So i had a hurtful experience. I bought in my wic folder to renew my wic. I sat down with monica and she was going through my folder i had some unused vouchers. She had to avoid them. So i sat back down and waited to be called tp the back. Tara the lady next to her asked monica you have to avoid all of those and monica said yes and i hate doing this. Tara said well looks like to me she needs them she skinny. So unprofessional and rude i would prefer woodbine not this office.

The staff may be friendly but the person who answers the phone is very rude and doesn’t seem like she enjoys her, job at all. Truly makes you not want to book an appointment with them at all
