My pregnant fiancée came in for a scheduled appointment and never even saw a nurse or provider. We were told the nurse was in a meeting, as if that somehow makes a scheduled appointment disappear. the only interaction was with the front desk. We left with no answers, no care, and no confidence in this clinic. They acted like our time didn’t matter and seemed more interested in excuses than helping patients. If you’re expecting professionalism or urgency, especially during pregnancy, you may be disappointed. Mediocrity at its finest. This place is dog water.💯

We go here for our covid and flu vaccinations. Very grateful to have found a place that can give our kids the covid vax between 6 months and 3 years (there’s nowhere in NE Florida that does). The facility is clean, the service is prompt, and the staff is friendly!
