I got what I needed however I called ahead of time to be prepared and was given all the wrong information operators do the best to avoid the call when I showed up in person and no other client about 3-4 women just sit there till they want to help very unprofessional

Went to the Bureau of Vital Statistics in Camden City Hall for a copy of my birth certificate. The entire process was extremely easy, only taking about 15 mins. The employees who assisted me were very helpful and friendly. No problems!

I had an incredible experience with the Camden County Board of Vital Statistics in Camden, NJ, and I want to give special recognition to Kelly Negron. For over three years, I was trying to get my daughter’s birth certificate amended, and Kelly was there every step of the way. She didn’t just tell me what to do—she took the time to guide me through the entire process and made sure everything was completed correctly. What meant the most was her empathy and patience. This was a very sensitive situation, and she always treated me with kindness and understanding. No matter how long it took, she never gave up and was always willing to help. I’m also grateful for the other staff who assisted along the way. Sometimes offices like this get a bad reputation, but my experience was the complete opposite. Without their support, I would not have been able to complete this process. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Truly appreciated. Joseph Hughes
