For over three years, I was trying to get my daughter’s birth certificate amended, and Kelly was there every step of the way. She didn’t just tell me what to do—she took the time to guide me through the entire process and made sure everything was completed correctly. What meant the most was her empathy and patience. This was a very sensitive situation, and she always treated me with kindness and understanding. No matter how long it took, she never gave up and was always willing to help. I’m also grateful for the other staff who assisted along the way. Sometimes offices like this get a bad reputation, but my experience was the complete opposite.
