the Vital Records professional was the best! After visiting two other offices before this one, we had no luck before coming here. She looked beyond what was on the surface, asked probing questions to dig deeper, and we successfully obtained my Grandmother’s birth certificate, we so desperately needed! We appreciate your professionalism and kindness!

The professional in Vital Records was the best! We went to two other vital record offices prior to this one. She was the only person who dug a bit deeper, looking past what was on the surface in order to get us what we desperately needed! Thank you

Front desk staff were so friendly and amazing. Clinical staff was awful. She interacted with my 4 year old as he was an adult. Rushing the explanation of the hearing test causing a failed result. If you are going to accommodate children your staff should make the appointment fun not scary.

On 12/18/2025 I came back to get my TB skin test read. The older nurse came to read my skin test and told me she'll be back. I waited for 25 minutes for her to come back. I heard a group of them in the back talking and laughing the whole time I was waiting. The lady who read my test walked past the waiting room and I asked her did she forget about me &she said no and kept walking. Then a different nurse a young girl came and said she needed to see my arm to read my test. I told her the other lady did. She said well I have to see it too. I told them I am a retired nurse and does anyone there know how to read my skin test? I told her I already was waiting 25 minutes for them to do and give me the paperwork while they were talking/having fun. she said the older nurse thought it was positive because it was a little discoloration to the area. I had to educate them on what's a positive reading. I was so disappointed I never had that happen here before in the past. The wait time was awful & the nurses didn't know what they were doing. The nurse who did my TB skin test did it right, it was the coming back for the results that was awful. check in was fine. building clean.

The older lady at the window had an attitude because I didn't know to sign in on the kiosk. The nurse who seen all my kids for their screenings was very professional and straight forward. She explained everything in detail and in simple terms where kids would understand what to do or is about to happen. My toddlers/teens were so scared because all they thought about was getting shots. But she was reassuring. I don't think coming to the doctors is fun for any child. But she was nice and was organized and got us in and out without confusion in a reasonable time. Only downside was check in took about 25 minutes.
