I have been calling for weeks tryin to get my sons record. No one ever answers the phone no one ever returns a voicemail and now they just hang up straight in your fave after the automative system tells you your call will be recorded and answered but the next available rep. Not much helpful at all!! They need to do something about the Drs. in this town, it seems like they all have the same way of how they treat their patients. two minutes tops with the patient and you can't ask a question because your time is up. and you never see the Dr. It's the NP that you get to see. It's a shame for the Drs. Shame on them and how they treat us and they get paid very well for a two minute visit. I've been waiting for my Dr to clear me healthy enough to have my tumor removed with cancer and it's been two months waiting and he's got the paperwork sitting on his desk for over two weeks and this was to be done ASAP. So they wait till you die first then help when it's too late.

The fact that due to weather I had to cancel my appointment for being late 20 minutes I know there is rules but it was storming and the fact that I got out in the rain with a new born in the weather to get her there they turned us around so I went straight to the health department and they got me right in and love the staff Everytime I have went they have helped me with anything I need. So, thank y'all for actually caring for people.

This office quickly gets you a birth certificate, but the smell in the waiting area is really rough. It needs to be disinfected or something because I had a hard time waiting in it for the 10 to 15 minutes I was there. It's been an hour now since I left and I still have the smell lingering with me which isn't good. Visually it was fine, but that smell was very unexpected and unpleasant especially being a health department. The lady that helped me was nice and professional.
