I used to love this office but the old lady nurse practitioner who is there is so absolutely rude, brings up personal things that shouldn’t be brought up. The first time My boyfriend went in there to get treated for something she didn’t even treat him she made up so bull and let him go untreated until this next visit where again she tried not to treat him but he had to pretty much tell her how to do her own job so he can be treated. They are a joke and don’t care about half of there patients. They need a new doctor. If there was a new doctor it would be a better place.

I've been here many times for many different services. The staff at reception is always professional and helpful, good communicators. The Nurses and Physicians employed here are very smart and very polite and show the utmost kindness. I have never had a bad experience in 4 years and, after several negative experiences elsewhere for similar visits, I would highly recommend Carson Health&Human Services. Very positive place, very positive people. A+

If you have any business to do that's not executive go to 900 Long Street. The building was closed even though it said it was open till 5:00. Everything about it was inconvenient and wrong.

*Clinic Side* I’m not sure if they all hate their job or life but every time I call they have an attitude that doesn’t make you feel welcome or like they want to help you, it’s rude. This place needs more empathy & patience.

In person, on the phone -it doesn't matter 😕 the customer service is grudgingly done, the entire conversation is like pulling teeth and everything is such a struggle to get done; it's as if they're the ones having to give us the assistance from their homes🤬
