Ms. Blaise and her team provided excellent customer care and service with my request. I appreciated the quick and effective email responses through the whole process. I received the corrected birth certificate with some missing data which was quickly resolved once I communicated it to Ms. Blaise and her team. I received the revised certificate within two business days! My family and I are very grateful with the amazing service and work!

I sent the requires $45 to amend my birth certificate. This office did not do it correctly; they did not follow the instructions on the form that I submitted, which are simple and clear. I had to mail the forms to Carson City A SECOND TIME. According to their own policy, any errors committed on their part are processed within two days. It took 20 days from the date they received my letter and documents (the second time)for them to mail me my corrected birth certificate. In all, it took approx 2 MONTHS for them to process something very simple. This office is ineffectual and inept. Good luck dealing with them.

Overall, the best experience! I left an automated message to make an appointment. The system let me know that I’ll get a response in 24 hours and that’s exactly what happened. Samantha returned my call the very next day and she was so pleasant and very helpful. She was able to get my sons birth certificate ready the very next day. I was very pleased to meet her in person as her personality and attitude surpassed our conversation over the phone. Her supervisor, Stephanie was the very same way. Thank you, ladies!!! I very much appreciate you both! I would give infinite ⭐️ If I had the option!!!

Blaise was so helpful the other day in helping me get a new birth certificate for my son. I had sent in the wrong paperwork and she called me and was super helpful and got everything going for me super quick and easy! It relieved the worry in sending in more paperwork and just waiting the whole process out, not knowing if I had done everything correctly or not. Her call was very much appreciated!

I have been trying to get a birth certificate amended for over a year. Playing phone tag with vague instructions and finally got in touch with someone via email and finally got some helpful instructions. I send in my information and a money order and I receive a call from a gal who spoke to me so condescendingly. I asked her to please speak to me respectfully and she proceeded to hang up on me. I guess I will go back to square one and try for another year. Update: I sent in adoption paperwork and certified court copies of everything they needed and they supposedly sent my stuff back to me via usps on Feb 10. I still haven’t received any of my paperwork or money orders. I now have important documents and money just floating somewhere in the postal system that I will likely never get back. Update 2: after calling usps and the department, everyone has their heads shoved in sand. No one knew where anything was and hadn’t received my paperwork. After 2ish months I got the amended birth certificate in the mail via non certified mail and a receipt for my transaction. Poor customer service and poor communication. I don’t know who did my paperwork but I never got a call or an email about anything. It was like throwing a rock into a black hole and hoping to hear an echo back.
