Very difficult to get information to your doctor. You can call 100 times and get no where. End up going down to their office to actually tell the doctor your self. What's the point of calling into a receptionist when they don't even give the information to the doctor correctly. Very Very Poor patient care and patients family. Well after another year going to this place I have noticed how their are a bunch of farmer doctor(s),counsler(s), and psychiatrist. Friendly warning Do Not Except to get the care you deserve here. All they will do is put a bandage over the problem, Wait for you to come back with problems because the first problem has not been fixed. They are the Auto shops that take your money by giving you a list of issues with the car that you pay to fix BUT next thing you know your having more and more problems each time you take your car to get fixed. Until you are out of money and a car. I would recommend Benefis Health care system. I wish 10 years ago I would have went to Benefis. I would have been where I am today instead of waiting 10yrs thinking I had good care.. You know your body best. Their is a reason it is called a "License To Practice Medicine". Key word Is "Practice". 12/23/2018 - Once again dealing with a bunch of BS with this place my opinion they should get rid of this place altogether because when it comes to taking care of their patients they completely ignore them. Then they try to get an attitude with you when you call a number that is in the phonebook or online and this company does not have a proper operator to send you to the right spot in the building even though I could be right across from them.. Very very poor patient care and very very very poor treatment to people on the phone. After this I would recommend nobody goes here..

Miss Jorey and the front desk team were very kind to allow me to use the facilities. Unfortunately the bus station across the street is not very accomadating and has no water fountain or public restrooms. I'll be filing a complaint regarding this as an out of state visitor it wasn't a kind experience.

So my husband and I walked from 19th st down town who has been in the hospital unable to walk but today was feeling like walking and pretty well and there was alot of construction going on so difficult to get around but when passing the health department which is where his primary doctors office is mind you he walked in and asked if he could get a drink of water and the grumpy rude Old lady at the desk said do you have a appointment he said we'll no but I could sure use a drink of water she completely refused now what kind of doctors office let alone health department refused a sick person a drink of water what has this place turned into. This lady should not be working with the public let alone a yone not feeling well my husband is so sweet and just quiet but it is a good thing I wasn't in there with him I'm going to her boss ASAP I'm so upset at this act of unkindness.......and if you look at the last 2 reviews look at what they say goes to show matey some racism going on this lady needs to be fired and barred from any kind of Healthcare job she needs to be sued and well that's all I'm gonna say.... wait till it's her grandchild or son or whoever.....
