As of today I drove my ailing spouse to this comical clinic 01/05/2025 @ approx. 12:30 PM. Receptionist (nurse) conveyed to my wife that she wouldn't be seen 1 1/2 hours before closing due to five patients in the waiting area already preregistered . Wife tried calling prior to no avail. Nurse stated all lines of communication are severed during weekend hours. I will let the consumer draw conclusions from here. Thank you Clown Clinic Health System for patients priority and hyper convenience.

Not a 5 star review for the health center itself as I have had many mixed experiences, but for Dr. Emily Vallari and the nurse who took care of me today. I was having trouble breathing and was scared but Dr. Emily and the nurse comforted me and made sure I knew that I would be alright. I have a lot of anxiety using the walk in part of the clinic because of other experiences I’ve had so this meant a lot to me. They took amazing care of me and made me feel heard. I am very thankful to both of them.

Charlestown Health Center is the only place I trust when it comes to my Healthcare. The staff from the receptionists, to the nurses and doctors are all very well trained and friendly. Ive been coming here for 13 years, and haven't had a single bad experience since I started going here for my Healthcare needs. My doctor is Breanna Craigue. She is wonderful and very good at her job. I highly recommend her, and Charlestown Health Center as a healthcare provider!
