I woke up yesterday with a very swollen face and infected tooth that had me literally in tears all night long. I have Medicaid but everywhere I called couldn't get me in for 1-2 months but a friend suggested calling the health department. I can't recall her name, just that she had an accent, but the lady that answered the phone was just so nice and empathetic. She assured me that I could come on in and they'd see what they could do for me. I got there and the lady recognized me from my voice and I was taken back within 15 minutes. They took an X-Ray and the dentist came to speak with me very quickly. It was by far he best experience at a dental office I've ever had. Everyone was so kind and understanding which meant a lot to someone with dental anxiety like myself. I was treated far better here than at my normal dentist and I wish they saw adult patients as well. I was in so much pain and hearing them say for me to come on in was such a relief. I'm going back on the 2nd to have the tooth pulled and even though I'm still very nervous, it's not as bad knowing the people there are so kind and empathetic so I know I'm in good hands. They truly are a blessing to low income adults in need of emergency dental care. Can't thank them enough!

I needed all my vaccinations records for a new job. I walked in 3-30-26, time 3:58pm as for my vaccinations records the young lady told me it's 2 minutes till time for me to get off and they don't want me to go pass 4pm. I as could you do it in 2 minutes she grabbed my driver's license gave me a sheet with only up to date vaccinations not what I needed. The time now is 4:01pm and they left. Wow, My physical is 3-31-26 now I have to go back to get the correct vaccinations records that I need which is from birth to now. I was there before you closed.. what happened to customer comes first. 🤔
