We had a great experience today with Kathy! Very kind and explains things very well. She was quick with our marriage license and we were out in 15 minutes. Thank you Kathy!

Getting anything (in my case a disabled tag renewal) requires a lot of patience. The process is lightning fast if you can handle it online, but in-person business can take a while. When I finally got to the front of the line, the clerk was friendly and efficient, which made up for some of the wait.

Called helping someone not from the state and "Melissa" was the most rude individual i have ever dealt with. Do better. The male after her was awesome. If you cannot deal with customers I encourage you to find employment elsewhere.

I don't know her name but she was working at counter 7. She was very sweet and kind explaining everything. I still had more questions and she took the time to make sure we were on the same page before I left.

This place architecture really is beautiful and very well kept as far as the lawns go. The staff here too, are actually always very freely and on point. People do believe that the staff here is unfriendly because they’re just following rules of the government. Please write your congressman about that. Pictures of the inside are amazing and pictures. The outsider is cool as cool. Easy to get in and out of.
