Took my water sample in for test. Sign on girls door. said she was with someone. The guy before me finally got up and left. A woman came out of a door. looked at me said nothing. went back in. I sat there for another 15 minutes. And I left. I came back at 1 o'clock I went back to the women's door it was locked. So I Sat there for awhile. no one came. So I asked the lady at the clinic. what was going on. She said on she's gone. So I said I'm just trying to drop off a water sample. She said oh I can do that. What the hell. Have some courtesy. An at least put a freaking note on the door.

The receptionist is rude and unkind when speaking to individuals who work in the health industry. A young lady called from a company and she immediately got testy and unpleasant with her. A few minutes later someone else called maybe patient and she was as kind as can be.

I’ve been to this place several times for vaccinations as well as getting titers done. All the staff here are incredibly friendly, warm and super helpful. The receptionists are super sweet and professional. The nurses are caring, knowledgeable and kind. Whether I am calling in to ask for information or I’m there in person, the staff has always been informative, welcoming and never made me feel rushed. Personally, I always leave there feeling great from their wonderful hospitality. In fact, I just got off the phone with their receptionist just now and her sweetness really made my day. This really inspired me to leave a review, which I rarely ever do, but they deserve the recognition. I highly recommend this place if you need any health related services. Again, I can’t stress enough how lovely the staff are and I always feel genuinely cared for. Thank you staff of Cherokee county health department if you guys happen to see this :)
