Building has different organizations in it so make sure you read the different signs. There's a small parking lot and a 30 minute parking green zone in front of the entrance. The entrance to the Vital Records is off of Fair Oaks. Got my daughter's birth certificate here and the service was quick and could not have been nicer

I'm lucky to have been born in Pasadena and have the advantage of dealing with Pasadena Vital Records in regards to acquiring copies of my birth certificate. This was the most pleasant Vital Records experience I've had (compared with other Record offices). There was absolutely no wait time for me to be assisted. The three women I spoke with were all friendly, nice, and very helpful. I was in & out in less than 5 minutes, with my birth certificate in hand...
