I'd like to leave a review for Maria Livingston. I was in need of a new birth certificate for my cruise, so I emailed the Passaic vitals office and Maria replied in such a timely manner, letting me know which ways would be most efficient to get my birth certificate. When I came into the office, Maria greeted me with a welcoming smile, and she ensured that she'd be able to provide me with my birth certificate in a timely fashion. I was going into the building not knowing what to expect as this was my first time getting any document replaced, and she helped me through the process. I really wanted to let her know how amazing she was in helping me and show her appreciation because not everyone is intentional about being nice at work.

im so sorry to say service was very unprofessional . I was told by maria to fax some personal information and paid it over the phone so they can send my birth certificate and i did, then when i call to check the status she told me to do it all over online and paid it online as well. now im concern that maybe they do something with my personal information she had no patient all she worried about was her lunch so than i had to call her back one hr later when she was done her lunch for her to help me out, and guess what she did not she transfer me to another co worker to help me. RECOMENDATION if CONVERSATIONS ARE recorded you all may want to review that call. and if is not recorded ya should send different people to call with a challenging call and you will see how bad this is.
