Poor customer service, Dept. of Licensing agent did not know what she was doing. Paid twice for title transfer and would not go good for it. Went to Sequim office and was given a proper form for refund, never offered at Port Angeles office. Will never go in there again. Would not admit employee did anything wrong. I was the one that made the mistakes. Rude and uncaring supervisors. Called Olympia for direction, didn’t know what to do. Went in three times, never settled. Negative review——

I can't write enough great things about the woman I spoke to. Tomi, who works in the marriage licensing department, was just fantastic. She answered every question, gave me lots of information and was simply a pleasure to speak with.
