Alan Martin the inspector is honestly a joke. I have been trying to get help from them about my apartment windows leaking water for a long time and maintenance at the apartments won’t fix it. When I initially called they advised they could help. My windows were pouring water from rain and they said they couldn’t come out until the following week, when he came out he said he couldn’t do anything because the water wasn’t actively dripping (it hadn’t rained of course) then but he could clearly see the water damage all over my wall. He gave me his extension and told me to call him back when the water was dripping because apparently he couldn’t do anything until he saw the water himself, so I called him back and once again they couldn’t come until the following day. He came and said he couldn’t get into the complex due to a pavement truck being parked out there blocking the way and basically said he wasn’t going to come and look at it or do anything. He told me to just call the leasing office again. Which I’ve been doing since I moved in over a year ago and nothing has been done. It’s really sad a pregnant woman has to live in these conditions because nobody wants to do their job.

Mother had food poisoning and reported it. Health department laughed it off and claimed she got it from a cruise. She's never been on a cruise. She caught sapovirus from a sandwich purchased at the Arby's in Sellersburg. Sapovirus is caused by ingesting fecal matter. This means that whoever made her sandwich did not wash their hands. The health department must have called ahead to the restaurant to let them know they were coming because they claim that all the employees were practicing good hygiene and wearing gloves. If they were, it was only because the health department was there. Don't waste your time calling this place with a complaint.

They're always very nice to me when I go in there. The lady who checks you in is always smiling and friendly. The people that call you back and take care of you always make sure that you got everything you came in for taken care of and are wonderful. I have never had an unpleasant experience when I have gone in there.
