If you don’t have money to pay for a fancy lawyer who prolly eats lunch or dinner with the prosecutor, your voice won’t be heard. They have deaf ears to people’s voices. They are allowed to assume and dictate your life. Instead of innocent until proven guilty, it’s guilty until proven innocent in Floyd county. I’m on to filing complaints to the Bar association for a couple of the unethical things I’ve seen with my own eyes and recorded.
