Nice lady answered phone. I inquired if covid vaccine available. They were not and suggested since I had insurance to check with pharmacy. I appreciated her explaining to me proper process.

In my experience they are incredibly nice and courteous and generous. They are usually accommodating in your needs and they talk to you like you're their equal. I appreciate that. I do not appreciate the fact that the only test I did that made it through was a pregnancy test. I understand that tests get lost and mixed up and that happens. What gets me is the testing I came in for what definitely not the pregnancy test. Do you really think that I need help with a pregnancy test? Wouldn't I go to the store and get a $1 test? Why is it that ever since I've had a period, every doctor has ignored my pain and instead did a pregnancy test, even at younger ages like 14 when I wasn't doing a single thing that would make a pregnancy. I did forget to come in to do the new samples but I couldn't get a call or text or email to remind me? Nothing? Okay. What I've learned is I need to rely on myself and not these facilities, because even this one in particular is okay but still not exceptional. What I've learned is to do everything online so I can be treated like a human being and not a breeding cow. Okay. I get it now. Thanks for not forcing a physical exam on me, Colbert. You're so magical and conscientious. You respected my cptsd enough. Thanks...

I’m always shocked when I meet a helpful government employee. They normally don’t seem to care at all about you or their job, and just make your life harder. This is not the case here, with Cindi. Incredibly sweet, very attentive, and knowledgeable. I am very impressed with her ability to multi task and still do her job efficiently. Any team that has her, is a lucky team.
