I went to the Covid vaccination center, and everyone was so nice. All of the ladies front and back helped me, educated me and made me feel comfortable. HIGHLY recommend any vaccination here.

I had a very bad experience with the nurse Cathy. This was my 3rd time here. The first two nurses were wonderful. This lady was RUDE, CONDESCENDING, and PATRONIZING.I don't know what got her angry, was it my accent, my age ... She was very unprofessional. I had told the front desk about this. I had to wait 30minutes to be seen. So, I saw this nurse walking up and down the hall way angry, like she hated being there. I wanted to give 5 stars for the sake of the first two nurses I had, but my last experience was extremely bad. It was so bad that I had to take 2 stars to justify my experience !

My niece that just arrived from Venezuela with the Humanitarian Parole Program, was refused and denied to get immunizations. The front desk woman after asking my niece nationality, once she said “ Venezuelan” , couldn’t hide her face’s expression of disgust and repulsion on an evident sign of dislike. With an attitude, asked in a very mean way to have a seat. After several minutes, a person approached to her letting know an employee will take of her. Once she came to the office this person told her no vaccination are available to Venezuelan. She argued Venezuela, Haiti, Cuba and Ukraine are included in the Humanitarian Parole Program and this officer stated “ Cuban Haitian and Ukrainean do have the right but Venezuela by the new law”. I will search for a law I hadn’t heard about but to me it’s an evident chapter of local or personal discrimination. Tallahassee will hear from this

I take my toddler and infant downtown for their shots and have always had a great experience. The lady at the information desk is always warm & welcoming. The doctor that administers the shots is very kind and wonderful with the kiddos. We have never had an issue with wait time. The only difficulty can be parking.

You will find the epitome of government employees at the Birth & Death Certificates office in suite #315. Absolutely useless people
