Very fast service in and out in about an hour to get vaccines for my husband. Most of the vaccines are pretty affordable. The only issues are that they don't answer the phone and don't really return calls and the staff is a bit standoffish.

I am sure some of you did not get great service. I believe it depends on who the person you were dealing with. For my case, I had a great experience. The ladies up front were friendly and the nurse was awesome too. Brought my daughter here for here vaccination required by the school district. One thing I do want to say that we still have to wait for another 30mins even though we have an appointment. Many times I don't understand the need for an appointment when they still make you wait.

This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The staff is incredibly rude. They never pick up the phone. They always send it to voice mail (they’re not that busy) They probably eat twinkies and watch the phone ring all day doing nothing at the front desk. Very lazy! The manager ( her name is Torres) of this center refused to answer my questions and hung up in my face. I don’t know how she still works in that position! I hope her boss sees this. She sounded like a 60 year old single woman with a lot of grey hair living alone with a cat and she’s just mad about life. But she was taking it out on me. Very sad. If you read the reviews.. most people say the staff and management both suck.
