I would actually give this office zero stars. I dont know who she is because she refuses to provide her name, but the woman that answers the phone here is so hateful, nasty, and rude for no reason. Every time I have called to get information on the processing of my fingerprints, she gets extremely snippy and tells me that there is nothing that she can do to help me that I need tk speak with someone else, and then refuses to give me that persons info until I push for it which she just gets more snippy and then hangs up the call on me. Ill let you know lady, after the first time you got nasty with me I have started recording our calls and I will be playing them for your new supervisor when I speak with her. Have the day you deserve.

Most organized clerk office I’ve ever been to! You get your number at a kiosk and wait until you’re called, but you can wait from anywhere in and around the building with their texting system (just make sure you’re not too far away, they don’t wait long after your number is called). I’ve been here twice, once for my marriage license (not a crazy long wait; 20 mins at most during a non peak season) and again for vehicle registration renewal (waited about an hour, but it’s the day before New Year’s Eve, so that was expected), and both times was greeted by friendly staff who got me what I needed in a matter of minutes. Make sure you bring your paperwork!! And be nice to the staff!!

Highly inefficient. The "automation" is a facade—kiosks don't work and the ticketing system is a mess (they skipped my number twice). I waited 30+ minutes just for a simple paper drop-off. For such a large building, the lack of basic operational flow is disappointing. Prepare for a long wait and zero efficiency for county clerk office.
