Great people to work with! Responsive and courteous, especially Kendra Hardin who was very helpful in scheduling me and elderly relatives for COVID 19 vaccine!

It is impossible to get the WIC office on the phone. You have to go up there in person to recieve the information you need and to actually talk to someone. For some people this is very inconvenient and unrealistic. It is really disappointing that you can't have someone call you back after leaving multiple voicemails. When you speak with another extension such as records who handles birth and death certificates they have an AWFUL attitude and make you feel like you have inconvenienced them by calling.

This place is a joke. The last two times I've had to go there, there never was a nurse available and I had made an appointment for an exam and they told me that there would be a three month waiting period. Well, on the day of my appointment, there wasn't a nurse available.. I've learned my lesson and I will never go back. And nobody ever answers the phone despite the fact that there are multiple employees working there.

I have used to health dept before for WIC and those nurses and front receptionists have been great. But my visit this week, I met two women’s health nurses and I was amazed with my experience. Sunshine and Amanda are intelligent women who gave me quality care. During the visit, I never felt rushed, but informed. Two things I can’t say for my most recent gyno appointment at a doctor’s office. Both women went above and beyond to teach me about my health and about the procedure I was to have. Side effects were not left for me to read in a booklet. They took personal responsibility in informing me. During the procedure, they both were very considerate and asked for consent before each step. I can’t say enough about my experience, definitely 5 stars.
