Extremely unprofessional & rude. Calling for a simple thing feels like such a drag. Glad I moved out of county, receiving much better service!

Everybody that works here is very rude and unprofessional!! Imagine going through a hard time in your life only to be belittled by woman who think they are better than you. Shame on them

I called to sign up for medical because I didn’t have insurance and needed prenatal care, and they were very unprofessional. After applying I realized that I turned in some documents passed the due date, and called them to reopen my case. One of the workers told me they would and that my case should be approved by the first of the month, and every time I called to verify there were no “notes” of me calling. After several weeks of calling they sent me a han written letter saying I didn’t qualify. (When several people told me it didn’t matter how much you make that they approve you because you’re pregnant, and at this point I’m 4mnths pregnant with no prenatal care. I finally called Obama care for insurance quotes, and the guy who helped me immediately signed me up for MCAP(Medi-cal access program) an insurance program for pregnant women. If the people who work in this office took the time to take care of the “well being” of their clients they would have offered me this program or tried to assist in other ways. Very disappointed in the way my case was handled.

One Star for professionalism in any possible way, and the employee turnout must be terrible because I'm always being notified of having a new case worker every other month. How is this agency still operational?!
