Absolutely screwed me i asked specifically if a secondary form needed to be sent up with my passport application and they said no, asked again, no. So now my passport is delayed and I might miss my Christmas vacation because of the incompetence of someone else. I cant believe I paid them.

Please include SOMEWHERE on the page with marriage license information that it is cash only. My fiancé and I both left work early this week to be told it’s cash only. We left work early a second time this week to be told the lady that does marriage licenses isn’t in today. A bit annoying, but not a huge deal. The lady that WAS at the desk was pretty condescending, which we did not appreciate.

Attempting to obtain information to a new first US passport, unable to get someone to answer the phone is impossible. This is very impersonal
