My Snap benefits was not loaded on my card so I checked online and my account show all my information received and approved a month ago, there was no messages incomplete papers. So why are my benefits not added by the 3rd. I check my mail on the 2nd and there’s a letter from Texas HHS saying I need to send 2documents. Why am I getting this a day before my benefits supposed to be loaded? I know they maybe short staffed but come on now this should’ve been done way before hand. There’s a huge issue with reaching someone by phone. I’ve called 3 different numbers and been on hold on 2 different days for up to 4 hours. I even waited on the phone today from 1:15 until 5:30 to see if someone answer or the call would be disconnected but No it kept playing the same message. Absolutely ridiculous! Can someone please answer the call after an hour at least!

Very unprofessional people working here. I was put on hold for 1hr and 10mins! I hung up because that is a long wait time I should not have to be placed on hold for that long! Why is this company even hiring unprofessional people. and I waited to receive a call back and no call back. I called back and spoke to a very rude representative she sounds like she hates her job then why is she a representative for? She was no help at all. I wish I got both their names to report them!

In and out quickly. Received the help I needed. Knowledgeable and courteous staff. You do have to physically go there though. No one is going to answer the phone on their website and dialing 211 as instructed is beyond useless. Don't waste your time trying to call.

I keep getting denied when I have given more than enough information me and my son are asking for help and clearly nobody wants to give any very disrespectful and disappointing

I called them about my neighbor who has dementia. The neighbor keeps trying to get me to have sex with him. I am a guy and I am straight. They would not do anything. The police won't do anything. The apartment management won't do anything. Had he acted this way to a woman. He would be in jail. Equality is a myth.
