They never pick up the phone. Nobody should’ve to drive to ask questions, what do they have phones for! I’m distraught right now!!!

I’ve been to this place maybe a total of 10 times trying to get an IUD procedure, it’s been a constant back and forth with scheduling an appointment, either nurses wanting to do it at their leisure or I’m not available. I’ve taken off many days to take appointments to have nothing done, just weighed me and sent me on my way, but the final straw was today, I made an appointment at a specific time due to the nurses’s orders, I come up here, and they can’t even find my appointment. Not only that but I had to wait for a certain IUD to come back into stock, it’s just tacky and a waste of time altogether.

I recently moved to Jonesboro and needed to get my depo shot. An appointment I thought was going to take 30 minutes, took almost 2 hours. Now if they were busy I would understand but no one was in the office except me. This was absolutely ridiculous. Luckily I had the time to wait but if you are busy and need a in and out appointment DO NOT come here. The only nice thing I have to say is the employees were sweet but definitely need to learn better time management!!! I will def be making the trip to Paragould from now on!!

I called the Craighead County Heath Dept on May 29th to see what the requirements are for getting a copy of my birth certificate. I was told on the phone..I needed my divers license, be there by 3:45 and it could be cash or debit card to pay the $12 fee. I took off work early and got there at 3:42 and told them I need a copy of my birth certificate. She asked me if I had cash and I told her the lady on the phone had told me cash or card. She told me they had already made the deposit and she couldn't help me unless I had cash cash. Now I have to take off work again and apparently get cash..even though I was told either cash or card. I was very frustrated and I think it's ridiculous for them to make an early deposit and turn someone away because they don't have cash
