Very long wait to renew my license. I'm used to doing everything online since I'm from Missouri. I was able to pay my taxes online but unable to process the registration because of some error online. I know the DMV gets a bad wrap for their slow service and wait times but 2 1/2 hours is excessive. I did get excellent service and the agent was very friendly. She assured me the error was fixed and I could do everything online going forward.
