All nurses are efficient and helpful. They kept on schedule and we had no problems.

Im sure it has to do with our daily confusing with life but .. I had an appointment scheduled for 3 kids to get flu shots and it wasn't in THEIR books. They got them all done but the lack of organization is lacking.

During a pandemic this department failed to educate & provide guidance & reenforcement to it’s community for best practices to stay safe. This department refused to look at past pandemics & take note, as well as ignoring the current facts & science. Instead of being proactive they have, instead, only been reactive. Now as the numbers climb with infection they have decided to stop documenting & informing the public of possible infected areas.

We have had vaccinations done here and they also go to our work site for flu shots each year. They have always been professional and helpful. The employees are all friendly and knowledgeable.

Its insane how slow they are. They literally made it impossible for me to keep my WIC. They expected me to come back twice the same month my baby was born for pointless interventions. No one can expect that much from someone with a brand new baby. For the amount of time they wasted of my boyfriend's he could have just paied for the food himself. I was literally there for 3 hours with a 2 week old baby while all these women wanted to do nothing but chatter pointlessly and endlessly just for them to give me one measly month of checks then tell me I had to come back in a week if I wanted more. Lol thanks alot you small town Hicks. You run ur business like poop.
