As a HCP, this institution is extremely disappointing. I used their services in 2010 for WIC, prior to me graduating college, and it was better staffed, more friendly. I walked in to get a PPD test & walked right back out. The front staff was hateful….they’re the first impression of how people feel about choosing a provider for their health. I don’t know if they’ll read this & that’s fine, but as a warning to others, you will have better luck at Sebastian County Health Depot.

Moderately quick service, the first older lady to give my daughter shots was quick and efficient. You could tell she'd been doing them for years. They were over fast. The second younger lady, she wasn't very fast and she took her time with each poke. My daughter was very unhappy by the time it was over. Although they did give her a lollipop and that cheered her up.
